The firm was founded by S. V. Nageswara Rao, a qualified Cost Accountant (ICWA and MBA) with over two decades of experience in the power, infrastructure and construction sectors. His exposure to statutory authorities, government departments and local bodies enables NRMS to address clients' workforce requirements with a strong emphasis on compliance.
NRMS has built a multidisciplinary team with experience in human resource management and the deployment of skilled and unskilled workers, technicians, office personnel, finance professionals and qualified engineers.

The team leader has been in the field for over two decades and has handled many critical labour-related issues. As a certified cost accountant, the Director is well versed in GST, Income Tax, Labour, local-body and other regulatory requirements.
NexaCorp supplies manpower to infrastructure, manufacturing, power, oil & gas, chemical, pharmaceutical, process, logistics and engineering organisations. Headquartered in Hyderabad, the company taps sourcing partners across the country and takes responsibility for the three components of any labour-intensive organisation: quality standards, loyalty and talent.
